Game Maker Vid

This is saijee999, not ItoKuni, but i made this video on his account:I made a music vid about game maker, cuz alot of peaple i know say its a bad program, this vid is not so action pact cuz the message im tring to pass is game maker dosnt suck.

also this is a work in progress game, i made the engine myself, its supposed to be a smash bros type engine. oh and the block, platforms, and walls are all just debug walls, they are only temporary.

also later on i will add all the other moves.

please note im not tring to remake smash bros, thats utterly pointless, especialy sence brawl is comming out.

Did you really animate the 3D Kirby on that GM game??

As far as I know, there's no way to import animated models in Game Maker... or it's just a sprite with a 3D Kirby that you captured from the original model?

@supergreenx Yes you can animate models in GM. You can also import animated models. In this video however, kirby is a render after it was animated in a program called anim8tor. The model was created for this vid, there was no "original" I could rip from.

@MarkoMatic369 Yeah, I have to agree with you. Although Game Maker games can be a bit slower compared to other programming libraries (whose depend 100% of coding) but not much. I can still make some simple games using plain C++ (takes a lot of time but you learn a lot of it), but Game Maker is still too good.
