I can Guarantee that If i ever have to buy a massive fan for some reason im going to buy my big ass fan from "Big Ass Fans" Just because of the name.

Is this a joke? I mean is this a real company? I've seen fans like these in walmart but never knew who made them.

The company i work for recently purchased two of these fans. One is up and running and the other should be up this coming week. I must say that all my doubts about it being just a ceiling fan are gone now after seeing the finished product. And knowing the safety record and knowing how you guys inspect everything puts me at ease. We had a major issue with humidity and steel...the two do not mix when you stock large amounts. I'd never heard about these then saw a video clip about them. next day i was in IKEA - lo and behold there was 2 gigantic, big ass fans in their warehouse. They really do work, a strong breeze over a very large area. Great product. Wish the hot, stagnant warehouse I used to work in had these!
