those shibito things kinda sound like sick cows or something XD and damn! that air raid siren is creepier than silent hill, mostly cause IT NEVER STOPS! well when it's going, it doesn't.

Wouldn't turning on that generator and the lights be a very bad idea? It just attracts a lot of attention, and he certainly doesn't need the light because he just left.

So why did the character in the game do it? There is no reason, because while another character might need the light later on, how does he know that?
