His grandmother said she was in Kenya when OBAMA, SR. was born. The father! Not the the guy in the White House! Berg, pig that he is, cropped the part of the audio tape where the grandmother said, over and over: "Barack was born in America!"

And the birth certificate WAS provided. A COLB, or a "short-form" birth certificate, is the same as the one that contains the doctor's signature, etc. (i.e. a "long-form"). I have one too.

That would be the case if he was trying to get Obama out of the race. All he wanted was to see the birth certificate. Without it he can't prove it.

The court ruled he had no standing and have yet to define who would have standing besides Obama.

The burden of proof was on Berg to prove Obama was born in Kenya, which he couldn't do since he had nothing but a legal filing full of quotes off of right-wing websites. That's why these lawsuits haven't gone anywhere. He's a hack lawyer and a fraud, and making an absolute fool out of himself.
