Great video. I use thread lock on calipers bolts. Anti seize is not recommended on critical components. Anti seize can cause inaccurate torque. At least thats how i was trained. I just ordered tires for my first bike and this helped me out since i work mostly on cars/semis. Im going to change my tirea myself though, just like how i manually change semi tires :-)
Before tightening that wheel back on you need to settle the front forks into their correct position by pushing down on the triple tree, and do not use your brakes ever to do this since the brakes are so strong they will pinch the forks. You have no idea now how much friction you have on the front since the front wheel never touched the ground before tightening the axle in place within torque specs. To be honest you know just enough to be dangerous.

I would be too scared to remove my rear stand the way you did, I always have a second person holding the bike as I remove the stand.
