Access the diagnostic menu, then navigate through the configuration menu to the game menu. Here, enter the code: Up, Down, Right, Left, A, B, C, S.

If you don't already understand this, A, B, C and S refer to the buttons in-game. Light, medium, hard and stand, respectively. Like an SNK game, y'know?

This unlocks Shadow Dio, Khan, Rubber Soul, Young Joseph, Hol and Boingo as well as New Kakyoin. To access the glitched off-screen characters, hold right on Kakyoin or Left on Abdul, then press Up.

@Alicechan49 N'dul isn't a playable character in the game normally, although he is a boss in arcade mode. He can be used via debug mode, but, he has a habit of crashing/locking the game up.

@Alicechan49 Correct. Just enter the code on the game configuration screen, just like the video demonstrates. This will unlock all time release characters.
