  • You got the CD's and removed all the tracks?

  • @TecnoVirtu You have to remove the layer of metal, if you want a transmission grating.

  • @jgfresh1997 Any usual CD, any DVD, and I supose any BlueRay or other device to be optically read. The bigger the storage is, the smaller the distance between tracks, and therefore the closer the spots in the wall.

    You can see multiple slit difraction due to the CD tracks an interference patterns on the wall...
