I ordered the sure electronics DE-DP10XV110 from ebay for under $10.
I found this library: http://www.makehackvoid.com/member-projects/ht1632-avr-library-interface-ht16...
and int less than 5 minutes I got the arduino using the display.

I will add the time, date and temperature to the display.

You really only need 3 cables, CS1 to DIO7, WR to DIO 8 and DATA to DIO 9, Also +5 and GND.
