1201N is way better with 2 GIG DDR2 RAM (upgradeable to 4GIG), 12.1" screen and the Atom DUAL core N330 Processor on the Nvidia ion platform. Yes, a dual core in a netbook! The 1201N is the fastest netbook in the market today. oh...and it comes with Windows 7 Home Premium instead of the Win 7 Starter edition or XP that is included in most other netbooks
