@Magdra later on Kabuto will hook up with Madra Uchiha and to prove his power to him, he uses the unpure earth summon technique and resurrects Itachi, Nagato(Pein), Sasori, and someone else.. can't remember the 4th person..

@balrogc4 orochimaru i believe turned into a white snake after sasuke and itachi fought, but before he could escape, itachi's amaterasu fucked em' up, but some how he still lives in kabuto

orochimaru is not sealed within susanoo itachi had to spirit item with a shield that can stop any attack and a sword that sealed people in a happy place susanoo doesn't have a weapon that seals. that sword was itachi's along with the shield.

that wasn't susano' o' sword. that sword was forged by someone else and itachi found it and combined it to the susano' o. remember what orochimaru said about the same sword that he was also looking for it? ironic the sword that he tried looking for ends up sealing orochimaru within iit lol

the snake part of him in sasuke was trapped by itachi's susano's sword whose permanent sealing technique seems parellel to death. however, there is still a part left in his doctor so he might make a comeback who knows.
