Ariel & Shya are internationally acclaimed seminar leaders and consultants who have been offering courses and executive coaching since 1984. The Kanes have pioneered a revolutionary new technology, Instantaneous Transformationâ , which has helped thousands of individuals and companies to dramatically increase productivity, effectiveness, and job satisfaction. What makes their approach unique is that it is not problem/solution oriented. The Kanes have found that the simple recognition of unexamined behavior patterns or beliefs is enough to facilitate resolution without having to "work on" them as problems. They are masterful at identifying and communicating the dynamics they observe happening with individuals and organizations that unknowingly undermine effectiveness and productivity. The Kanes have discovered that the slightest shift in one's reality can produce a quantum shift in the ability to optimize time and successfully manage projects to completion. Ariel and Shya will discuss their new book about this process, "Working On Yourself Doesn't Work".

Kate is a singer/songwriter from Santa Barbara whose debut CD, "Over the Moon", is receiving extensive airplay across the country, as well as in Canada and Europe. The CD features many stellar musicians including Kenny Loggins, Jim Messina, and highly acclaimed guitarist Jeff Pevar (currently in CPR, David Crosby's new band). "Over the Moon" has received glowing reviews such as "it's a work of art overall...brilliant writing...radiates with life" (Indie-Music.com) and "the album grows more intriguing with repeated listening" (The All Music Guide). Kate is a performing member of Indiegrrl, an international organization of women in the independent music business and is currently featured on the Taylor Guitars website under Discover the Indies. Her music is uplifting, inspiring, and joyous.

  • All due respect to -Bridging! Nobody gets it right every night - it just looks a bit that way after watching scripted mediocrity. Even bands who perform the same show every night have their off nights.

Pointing out aspects for improvement is useful.

Evaluation, and critical thinking skills are important. I don't think it's necessary to judge harshly the work of others.

Rather than criticising- make a show yourself- then we all can benifit.

  • The Kanes are amazing, and I'm a big fan. This video doesn't show them at their best, partly because the interviewer keeps interrupting them! But they have an incredible book that has helped me a lot, and I hope they post some of their seminar videos here in the future.
