I'm a left leaning libertarian and while i think Reagan's positions on things like abortion and prayer in school border on authoritarianism, he was extremely good at dealing with the Soviet Union and communism in general and for that i give him credit.

remember; whatever happens the president has totake the blame. besides, raising taxes on the middle class was all reagan's idea just as dropping the corporate tax rate was also his. and congress only approved it. it's called bi-partisanship

@Piglatinsuperstar who controlled both houses while Reagan was President.?.The Dems..The President can't spend a dime without approval from both houses..so going by your convoluted thinking i guess we have to blame the Democrats.While we're at it..I'd rather have Reagan the actor as you call him than Obama the community organizer that soils the Oval Office right now.

The only way to stop the Liberals and the communist agenda is vote them all out in 2012. If we shut down our schools and universities it will stop the Liberals. Since they are a breeding ground for Anti american and God. We need to focus more on our Military, and tax cuts for the wealthy and BIG OIL. Its a known fact Middle Class americans hate America and GOD. VOTE REPUBLICAN time to crush middle Class america and SAY NO TO JOB GROWTH,

Damn! Guess the world ran out of talented assassins by the time the 80s rolled around, except in places such as El Salvador & Guatemala. There Reagan funded men trained at Fort Benning's School of the Americas, who totured, raped & slaughtered several hundred-thousand illiterate peasants.
