Great music appeals to everyone with any kind of an ear. Hitler's sins have nothing to do with the sins of Wagner, and none of their sins have have anything to do with Genius, that runs contrary to sins. Genius is like Grace. You either have it or you don't. So let's not be irrelevant and confuse a piece of great music With the Holocaust. Just doesn't apply.

Wagner wrote this for his wife.
On the morning of her Birthday, she cam down the stairsm, and at the bottom was a small orchestra which played this for her.
So fitting for such a lovely piece.
