    I am grateful for the upload. Youtube is great for this form of thing.

    My step brother was previously bullied. He explained he was planning to get bigger. I didn't believe him. But then in just weeks he packed on 40lbs of absolute lean muscle mass. He made use of the Muscle Building Bible (Google it). No one dares to intimidate the man nowadays. :) I personally signed up the other day. Plus the guys emails are fucking interesting!
