Close Grip Pulldowns work the: * Lats * Biceps

Adopt a close, underhand grip
Use a straight bar as this will bring the biceps into a position of full contraction at the bottom of the rep
Don't lock out at the top of the rep

  • Am happy to see I was doing the close grip pulldowns correctly. Thanks to your upload, I can safely continue with it. Will go to your blog and read your article next. Your website makes very interesting reading indeed. Any tips for hay fever sufferers though (sob sob blink blink, my eyes are hurting from it already). Not that that's going to stop me from going to the gym, mind you!!
