Thank you, my online Teacher! This lesson is very helpful!
I have a question. Would it be correct as a sentence, if I put the word "often" instead of "ever"?

Do you ever or Have you ever ?. Do you ever is informal ???

@NanelLatas -- "Do you ever...." leads to a present tense question. "Have you ever....." leads to a present perfect tense question. It's not a matter of formal or informal.
Do you ever play soccer? (present tense--any time now)
Have you ever played soccer? (present perfect tense--any time during your life)
Hope that helps. Paul
