This is possibly in Kobulety, Georgia. The park maybe one of many parks by the Black Sea shore. The building might've been abandoned for a few years, until someone decided they have enough dough to sustain the operations and make some money on it. I can say one thing for sure - for a night in a hotel like this one, you paid not more than $15-20 per night - and maybe even less - it might've been just 15-20 Georgian Lari. Well, you get what you pay for :).

sorry guys, i used to live in a palce like this for three years of my life an even get worse cuz i didn't have my own toilette and shower all was shared with other people in the building, it's funny comunist never came to costa rica but i lived thought it many years
