When I think about those HOT or NOT Lists, wheat bread is always at the top of my list for NOT. A sandwich on whole wheat bread packed in a brown paper bag is soooo 1970's. Today we've traded in our paper bag for chic designer recycled plastic or natural fiber reusable totes but unfortunately there are still many out there that haven't gotten the memo or email or facebook post that wheat is a no-no. Just try wheat-free for 21 days and you'll see for yourself.
