i love these...i think i want them, but how do you wash your hair with these?

I wash them like you do regular braids...well I section my hair in four section then I do the baking soda rinse/acv rinse. I also do a baking soda scrub with a tooth brush then rinse with the baking soda rinse then do a lite conditioner rinse that then acv rinse.

How many strings of yaarn did you use & did you wrap it around the front and diagnal back chair legs to get this length?

I did mine the same way Blackonyx77 showed us how she did hers. I did do the chair method wrapped the yarn around the two front legs of the chair. I used three strings for the back and two strings for the sides and part of the front.

Looks good. I like it. I wish I could braid my own hair. I shell out $120 to do my micro braids.

I used to think the same way I kid you not but after watching a few YT tutorials I finally decided to do it myself...trust I messed up the first time but the second, third and forth time was sooo easy. It's really not that hard and it's cheaper!
