WebPlus X5 PayPal Minicart - UK currency and cart in action demo

Serif's WebPlus X5 has e-commerce tools including the PayPal Labs' minicart. This video demonstrates that the cart accurately displays the UK currency and functions well. In earlier versions, it was necessary to get the minicart codes from PayPal Labs, modify both the *.js and the HTML and then install it on pages including PayPal Add to Cart form plain text buttons. Can you also add postage and packing prices when using this software?

Is it a fully functional ecommerce tool?

And are the shops as easy to create as and as quick to do as coffecup shopping cart designer? (I'm currently using that)
