Hi.. Damli.. my IL-2 settings I use 1024x768 u should use 800x600 to record.. In fraps i used 60 fps and 25 is enough. forest is 0..my puter is old too.. Getting new one when Olegs "storm of war" is ready..movie maker cant record big movies so i had to record parts and put it together later..hard work.. well im still B class "director".. Swedish winterwar volunters with Gladiators or Finnish Me 109G2..? or maybe a brewster movie..LOL Kippis..(takes a big mouthfull of Famous Groose)..

Alhaisen FPS:n takia video kärsii. Musiikki on mukiinmenevää, mutta voisi olla jotain enemmän koiratappeluihin sopivaa. Sinänsä hyvä video kaikkiaan!

Nice movie!

I use fraps but playback at 1/2 speed and record at 15fps then use virtual dub to up back to 30fps. This keeps the action nice and smooth and since the box is only working to render at about 15fps it has time to process more so you can crank up the detail and anti aliasing and stuff.

optimization for IL2. I recommend that forests=0, binear filtering, S3TC or 16bit texture compression, OpenGL rendering(even you are using ATi cards), texture set to high, clouds set to medium, sound sampling set to 22050, sound channel 8, stencil bits 0. This should be enough for P4 1.8, 256MB DDR266, 64MB ATi Radeon 7000
