BIG FOAMY CHUNKY WAVE

Two Huge Swells are in the neighborhood and this is just one shot of a closed out beach near log cabins, I went up to shoot the surf at waimea but the traffic was insane, after a late start it seemed that sitting in traffic would be worse than shooting empty waves. So i pulled over at Log Cabins and shark cove and believe it or not i turned around and went back home the Kahuku way.
HOWEVER there will be a 50 year swell that will hit the north shore on monday December 7th and i will try to get up there early enough to catch the peak of the upcoming mega swell.

it almost went today, but the waves were in the thirty foot range, so it didn't happen. I got a FEW good shots but it was windy and sea misty. will post later this week. Meanwhile we wait to see if the air horn will kick off the eddie, but if it didn't go today then i don't know when it will....

@MegaAxe12 It's a invitational big wave surf comp that is held at Waimea Bay. It is only held when the waves reach 50ft or so.
