@Griffinltd. You also make a good point. WW2 was a righteous cause. Someone had to fight Hitler and Hirohito. We were able, so our responsibility was implied. But either you're ignorant of history or being willfully dishonest about US interference in foreign affairs...i.e. that our meddling was a root cause of much of the "terrorist" backlash that led to these "righteous wars" you speak of. And as far as bashing anyone who is "left-wing", that's a dim-witted overgeneralization.

However, you fail to acknowledge the fact that the economic conditions which prevailed in the 1990s, when there WASN'T a multi-theatre war underway, are long gone. The Bush Administration in the USA, deregulation of banks, and the prevalent in the UK basically pissed away the biggest economic boom in recent history and put people in positions so desperate that people joined in need of an INCOME, exactly as the Warpigs wanted.

Except that Western armies don't "defend" anything anymore, they only invade. This has been the case since the end of WWII. If you enlist in such an organization, you are explicitly giving your support to organizations that invade other countries.

I say that I couldn't care less if they get killed or maimed, because they had the choice and CHOSE to join an imperialist organization.

By the way dickhead, the fact that they volunteer and are willing to go, (something you have just demonised them for) is all the more reason they command respect. If it weren’t for volunteers such as themselves, self-righteous left-wing pricks like yourself would be on the front line – or in your case, in jail.
