I don't know where you get your information from but it's all wrong. A stock busa will do 184mph and no more never in a million years 240. for that speed you would need a turbo. Maximum power from a Busa flat 4 before turbo is about 240-260bhp with serious tuning enough to get it through the 200mph barrier but no where near 240, for that you will need 400+bhp. This bike has a turbo and a big one at that he's making about 1.5 bar boost about 22 psi. for a bike thats huge.

top measured speed on hayabusa is 406kmh or 252mph, but that wasnt turbo, turbo one should add couple more mph, u can find busa speeds up to arond 400 here /watch?v=_Fy_NvUIlEw
its in mph, keep an eye on rpm meter, it climbs to 10.000rpm on 220mph and it climbs to 11.000rpm later, on that quick speed climb it was about 240-250mph
that is non turbo one

it has funny sound when standing still coz of short exhaust, but again it is enough to for adrenalin to rush in your blood, once u're on it it totaly blow your mind...
