They're not just for pugs, either. Even dogs that can swim fine can be helped with these. On our boat, our dog always wears one. If she jumps or falls over, its a lot easier to get her back in the boat by using the handle on the back, than trying to manhandle a wet, panicking dog without a handle.

LOL thank god finally someone puts a life jacket on them =P and thats a great way for them to exersise and they love it =).
