@bnchinook Thank you! I chalked the blade grip play up to feathering shaft tolerance differences. It's not enough to really worry about and it fly's great. As for the tail, the screw in the ball link on the tail stripped out of the bell crank.... I dont know how, but the screw was stripped. I used a new screw and some green loctite and I was good to go. Just more cautious now :D
Nice flying, looks like you got it back together and it's flying good. Just curios did you ever find out about the play in the blade grip? Watched the vid but it was hard to see the play. Oh yea , what was it that caused the tail rotor to go out that caused the crash?
