This fight goes for quite a while and I think the real killer is that people stop paying attention and get ice blocked or dont move from the red circle.
The first phase everyone needs to arrive in the middle at the same time. Have the range kill skeletons and banshees while Melee kill abominations. After about 4 minutes of this Kel'Thuzad (KT) will become active.
Phase 2 - Have everyone spread out from each other with a maximum of 4 melee players in the middle. The melee either need to be set out like a diamond (if there is 4) or a triangle (if there is 3). KT's casts are interruptable so have the melee kick and bash whenever possible. Red circles will randomly appear beneath peoples feet and that player needs to move. It is instant death if you dont. Also players will get randomly ice blocked. The ice block does 104% damage over about 4 seconds. These players need an immidiate heal.
At 45% two adds will spawn. These need to be picked up by the Off Tank (OT) and the OT will need a dedicated healer. Have the hunters MD these adds to the OT if possible. All dps needs to remain on KT and burn him down.

QQ its not fair i came so close then i had to go QQ 4 hours ever quarter no wipes it was perfact then everone left i rebuild the group and whent after sahpp and killed her then i had to GO NOOOOOO :*( SO SO SO CLOSE four hours QQ wasted

Yeah, my group almost had it a while ago. The healer on the OT DC'd on four horsemen and the aura killed him =(. No other deaths in the entire run =(.
