The cycling74 web site has been updated recently: the user pages are currently "coming soon". So, in the meantime, just e-mail me or send me a private message with your e-mail address. I'll send all of the patches to you.

Not in Logic nor Live. You can use the patches if you download them and Max Runtime application (free). Then you could use a sound routing application (for instance SoundFlower on Mac) to exchange sounds with Logic or Live.
