  • lol....

This seems like one of those cheap-underpowered overpriced PCS that seem to sell for $800.

    >GTX 260

    > Core i5 quad

  • @XxPartlyPkerxX

Um hence the title "Budget"... This aint no top spec system. These are parts that can be afforded. i5 & GTX 260 = over doing it.

  • @rice1985 i almost got the same parts for my friends pc im building .

i came around 670euro's thats almost the same in dollars i guess. with a nexus 850 silent power supply (a little to much for my sapphire 5670 series but its future proof now.)

Nice one bro! I'll be ordering one of these cards shortly. Keep an eye out for my next video, its gonna be immense!! ;)

  • @rice1985 no its fine, the original stock coolers of the card had meny meny issues with its 1 pci slot design but the xfx version comes with xfx's designed cooler what keeps the card idle at 30-45 max 55-65 degrees 'depending on room temps' with the single slot version the card idled at 70degrees maxed 90 95 degrees, unbelievable! youl be fine with the xfx 4850!

  • @jayjaybwoyxx

Just had a look on ebay £70 for a XFX 4850 not bad man.. Should i be worried about any heat issues with this card? I've never done a ATi setup up before so this is my first hence the questions :P

  • @rice1985 you can pick up the hd 4850 for 60 pound on ebay mate take a look, the xfx version aswell :) maybe in the futer you can pick up another trust me 4850 will play 80percent of games on high settings,

  • @jayjaybwoyxx

Honestly not really, just need something that is capable of playing most of the up to date games today excluding crysis of course. How much they go for now and these days?

    Oh and the price too..

  • @rice1985 hmmmm i thought u could get them for 90. to be honest iv not really done any research on the 5670, but i know the 5770 is the best bang for buck gpu around at the mo. hmmm maybe look on ebay you can normaly pick up bits for cheap on there, 1 card i still would not rule out is the hd 4850 still an amazing card the only downside is its not dx11, but most games still run dx9 so would that bother you?

  • @jayjaybwoyxx

    Thanks for the reply.

Just checked eBuyer and the cheapest 5770 i could find was £129

What dya think of this card..

    XFX HD 5670 512MB [HD-567X-YNF3]

    ***£78 Including next day delivery***
