I feel very happy right now. I just ate a Stouffer's Spinach Souffle side dish which normally tastes like cardboard but I discovered the secret to cooking the dish properly. After 10 minutes fold the edges inward and under thoroughly, then finish the cooking. Makes a world of difference in the edibility of the souffle (and I do use the term "souffle" loosely) and achieving total happiness as this video suggests.

In my own opinion, I think material things can't bring the happiness for someone who gets those things. The happiness is spiritual, it's not just drinking beer, having cars, having a beautiful girl or handsome boy or laughing. The happiness is connecting with God who created you and who knows what you need to be a happy person.. last thing I'd say money CAN'T BUY HAPPINESS. thanks God, you have given me the happiness since I was born.
