At approximately 3:00 p.m. on September 11, 2009, Rosemary Williams was evicted from her home by Minneapolis police. Several supporters "HEROES" placed themselves in harms way and refused to leave Rosemary's property in protest over her immoral eviction. According to a police spokesperson, 7 people were arrested on misdemeanor charges. By the way, Rosemary was to celebrate one of her grandchildren's birthday at her home later that evening.

  • Cops are just pawns, that does the dirty work for the top elite. They sold there souls to the company store..

  • LMFAO Watch that fat ugly mean bitch in the gray shirt go at 1:34 !!!!!!!!!!

  • First of all, housing is NOT a RIGHT and eviction is NOT a CRIME. You guys have lost total touch with reality. She (Mr. Williams) accepted the $5,000 offer to vacate the premises. That is a legally binding contract. If you can't pay, GET OUT. And why aren't you guys at work? You seem to have plenty of time to waste with your 60's style hippie protest. God I hate socialists!

  • The video loads slow, but I didn't find the cop on the other side spraying people on the other side of the sidewalk line. It may be there, but I don't want to chase it. There are other videos, at least one posted by simpledan that shows exactly what is unacceptable. Look for it.

  • Did you watch both parts?

  • Who is 'MR Cholesterol'? The big dude that pushed the grey-haired guy with glasses back behind the line? If so, all he did was push the guy back. We wasn't supposed to cross the line.

I don't see anyone kicking. Rosemary is definitely resisting by pushing the officers. As I see it, these officers are doing their job.

  • I am talking about the ones who are on the right side of the line. Do you think that MR Cholesterol should do what he did? Also, the little kick from the other cop is not OK. It didn't seem hard to me,but still not OK. I have been gassed, and in the corps, there is a level of professionalism that I do not see out of many of OUR police officers. It starts with the command above setting an expectation and example.

  • Is it illegal to use pepper spray on someone who is not obeying the law? That's all I see here. Police officers routinely use pepper spray. It wears off in a little while. (Long-term effects have not been conclusively studied.) I don't know if there's anything better for law enforcement to use in subduing a subject. It's definitely better than beating someone or shooting them. Maybe, there's more to the story?

  • The lady was losing her house. I don't know the specifics of why. I know that the bank paid her, I think 5,000, when she left. People were protesting all the people losing there houses, and her losing the battle to keep hers. I was informed about this video after it happened. I know people have to get out when ordered. My problem is when "police officers" violate the rights of people and cause them harm in the process. Anyone can see the difference between criminal and legal behavior.

  • biggie: What was the problem here? I don't know the story.
