Legacy cover, Traci Hines

(fyi-a quick apology! I just watched this back for the first time after uploading and noticed a delay in the video to audio. Eek! Hate when that happens. If it bugs you like it does me, just close your eyes...haha)

Look guys! Finally a new cover! I only had a few minutes tonight but thought I'd try to fit in a cover video since I've been such a slacker lately! Bet you were getting sick of the vlogs! I've been wanting to cover this song for a while. I've loved it for years.

This song has always been one of my favorite's of Nicole's. It just says everything I want to say! Listen to the lyrics because I think besides being a pretty song, it is just so meaningful.

I DO want to leave a legacy. Of course, it's nice when people know my name, and when they have nice things to say about me, but how much more beautiful of a legacy when people remember what I stood for-Who I lived for. When people think of me, I don't just want them to think, "redheaded singer girl that loves Disney Princesses...I also want them to remember Who gave me what I have, and why I use the gifts He's given me in the first place.

My heart's desire is to touch people through my music. Whether it be Christian, Disney, Pop or my soon to be heard original songs...I don't claim to be anything special. I just want to give my voice and my songs back to the One that blessed me with them in the first place.

Regardless of your religion and/or beliefs, I hope you enjoy this cover and appreciate my heart for all of you and this wonderful opportunity I believe I've been given to be able to have you for an audience.
