Boy, 7, Accused of Sexual Harassment After School Fight

A 7-year-old boy is being investigated for possible sexual harassment for kicking another boy in the groin.

Thats how bully boys learn.... I would be in alot of trouble then. Cuz I have kicked a lot of boys / guys in the testicles and there was nothing sexual about it.. I was try to kick their balls to their eyes for being jerks.

crazieness--our society does not make any sense, if it ever did. THis same thing happened to me in 1980 when I was in fifth grade, but a girl did it--should I have filed sexual harrassment--I mean dumb shit.
