There is no one on this planet that is a GOOD Person, All have sined and by sin I mean not kept the 10 commandments.God knew this @ that is why he sent Jesus to give his life as a ransom for all of OUR sins. But to answer your 1st question is- God gives us free will, also God heals the sick all the time, I am sure if you did a Google search on Miracles you could find hundreds of healings and We dont have to know Gods plan for every thing that happens.
