It's all the same really, just been reading some Ramana Maharshi and his principle method to 'realisation' is awareness of the 'I' thought, which I interpret as not different from the self. Anyway this is a top post, thanks

After living my life controlled by feelings and the circumstances I thought caused them, I find these almost too simple concepts to be strange and exciting.

Earlier today I owned a mental disorder and now this evening I'm thinking it might not even be rightfully mine. I think it could belong to my wife.

You know how I feel about you and these dang videos mothnrust , so I'm not even going to mention it.
