In baseball, a chopball is gripped with the index and middle fingers across the seams, and the ring and little fingers outside the ball. Throw a chopball by turning the back of the hand towards home plate and releasing the ball like a curveball, with tips from a baseball instructor in this free video on baseball tips and tricks.

  • Ive tried this pitch and its basically a comfortable grip for a curve. I get a much better break with this pitch than i do with my curve
