The AGloves might be thin and slippery, but I already have a thin silicon cover on my phone, so that eliminates the slip factor. And a thinner glove seems nice because if it's just cool I can wear it by itself, but if it's really cold, I can just throw some fingerless gloves over it and still have the free thumb (or even whole gloves and just cut off the thumb and index tip, etc.)
