I've just started using coconut oil on my hair & I love the sheen it gives. I've been taking a Multi-Vitamin and Biotin for almost a year I've noticed a difference in both my hair & nails. Thanks for sharing!!

Good to see you're back... Thanks for being honest with your set backs, we learn from our mistakes as well as others, so your set back will help us all be in check.. I know alot of people start to slack once they get to BSL/MBL etc..for losta different reasons, so you're not alone. Your hair look very healthy.. health over length. So I'm sure you will get back on track very soon. I'm 12 weeks post relaxer.. this thursday.. so hoping to make it till December 31st.. We'll see:-)

@Kimsalley21 When I recorded this video I hadn't start using MN yet. I've started since then but not consistently. I have gotten good growth though. Will be updating soon :-)

@sweetfm2008 Thanks.I was so discouraged from making videos after my setbacks, but I realized that it happens quite often to others. Now I can growth my hair out with all of the other youtube ladies!
