I did this 5 minute set of 2x24kg Long Cycle after I did a three minute set of 2x28kg LC. I tweaked my back the night before, and that caused my form to be a little off and slow, and my form really broke down in minute three of the 2x28kg set.
I decided to go lighter on the 2nd set to take it easy on my back and work on my jerk speed.
