I'm currently 260-ish and wish I looked as good as you. I have lost weight before, but I unfortunately got back on the junk-food bandwagon over the last couple of years.

You just said your probably not going to take anyone's advice, but, I'm going to give mine anyway .... 1200 calories a day and an hour of cardio EVERY day is not healthy. Sure, you'll drop the weight in no time at all, but, soon as the flu season comes around, or coughs and colds, you'll be sick and layed up for weeks and all the weight will come back on. Best to do 1500 calories/day and cardio for two hours every other day. REST on those off days. AND, NEVER EVER take diet pills. EVER!!!
