What i Don't understand is... how the USA Gov think they have the right to do what SOPA will enable them to do... the internet does NOT belong to the USA gov... Nor Does it belong to ANYONE... SOPA is effectively a Void entity and should NEVER be allowed to pass. I think the main reason they want this to pass is because of "Wiki Leaks" getting them in shit on more than one occasion but then, That's not the Internet's fault in my opinion.

So here is a VERY quick explanation why a british guy CAN comment about this.SOPA is a bill to stop copyright online and can potentially get any website closed down if there is any copyright infringement or even potential for copyright infringement. Which means youtube, facebook and other places could be closed down. He posts his music on youtube so it effects everyone everywhere
