What I meant was that there was no segregation at all. The last 30 seconds of this recording (and the boobs) are the only statements I personally agree with.

i was a prisoner there working for the radio station who were broadcasting the gig to the rest of the prison!! it was brilliant to be completly fair i almost forgot where i was for that short period of time!!
all i can hope is that other musicians and supporters of rock against racism will take there message to the sometimes forgotten community

Were you there? Be says that the inmates were merely sitting in their cultural groups, black on one side of the room and white on the other. He didn't mean that the prison segregated the prisoners. At the end of the 'Rock Against Racism' gig people had enjoyed themselves & felt united, and when they left, left all together.
