Here's a video taken on my 7 1/4" gauge 1 1/2" scale Chipman Central Railroad on November 25, 2007. I built it, and it's about 300 feet long. We had borrowed a Plum Cove Studio GE for motive power. Post comments if you want.

  • We plan to make a full circle eventually. The only thing is that to go in front of the house, we have to lay it in temporary track that can be taken up at the end of the day.

  • No, I'm in America. 7 1/4" gauge is common in the North East where I live. I live in Massachusetts. Also, American live steam started in the North East. Most places southwest use 7 1/2" gauge.
