The way BBC tries to call this "traitor" Maajid Nawz a "former Islamist" speaks volumes about BBC's discriminatory attitude towards Islam. Islamism is another derogatory term created by all these fear-mongers and hate-mongers to defame Islam. You spit on the moon out of jealousy, the spit comes back to your face. Moon still continues to shine through night, spreading its moonlight even in those dark corridors of twisted human spirits.

The only magic word this "traitor" Maajid Nawaz has to offer to the debate is "politicizing". Well, how stupid is that Political Islam and "politicizing" are completely two different things. I have serious doubts about this guy taking too much anti-depressants and distanced himself from even logically and reasonably discuss or differentiate things.

That last question seems so uninformed. 'What is it about Islam that is threatening?' It had already been explained: political Moslem movements may foster Islamic terrorism. They do this by dehumanising non-Moslems, and thereby legitimising using violence against them. This might not happen in all cases, but it might happen in some, and Moslem extremists have been very eager to show their willingness to use violence against civilians.
