Hi, I am a little confused, as I have read many times that you should never use anything on carpenter ants that lets them know you are poisoning them unless you can actually get at the nest itself with a direct hit...so wouldn't Drione alert the colony to start reproducing? Thanks, Cat

But if you know where the nest is, treating it with Drione is very effective. In fact, we have another video showing an actual application as it's done.
