  • i think this creates a portal to an other dimention, awesome greetings from mexico

  • geva90 - It used to be played at the start of weddings. Sometimes a week or so before the actual wedding day.

These days we don't need musicians to come and sit on the veranda and play this kind of music. We have speakers and we have CDs to put any music.

I particularly have felt that the whole Indian culture will disappear in coming times. Those things that mattered are slowly been passed because one feels ashamed of these cultural happenings.

  • @smashtree

I think/feel the same as you wrote!!!

    Nice greeting from Austria/Vienna

  • @geva90 in a way you are right. You hear this instrument in songs used in the part of the wedding when the bride is approaching to be married. The song is usually sad, the bride is thinking about her new husband, but leaving her family. Take for instance Dulhe Ka Sehra by Lt. Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan used in the movie Dhadkan.

  • amazing
