I was playing football out at gym at school and when I did my "QB Drop" I must of went back hard or whatever,but it wasnt really my ankle it was the upper part right by the big bone that sticks out of your foot.... Anyway, It doesnt hurt so much now but if I go back and play again I might hurt it again. HELP !

Ok i play basketball and my ankle started hurting and so my dad toldme to ice it then like a few days later it hurted so badly but its like on the front of my ankle amd it hurts from there to the middle of my calf? Also i tore a tissue in my knee and that still hurts what do i do?!

i rolled my my ankle 3 weeks ago and that shit still kind of hurts is that normal i could bend it it hurts when i step

... I can't go to a wedding without high heels!! .. and my ankle... I guess is from when I broke a heel... it hurts even more today tho ... but there are not any signs of broken ... like swelling .... I am too scared for a doctor ... I will see how is tomorow if it still hurts so much.. I might consider help...

I flipped off a fourwheeler and landed on the back of my leg. It hurts to walk and the bruise is as big as a basketball. It's swollen idk what to do. Message me back please!

I sprained my ankle 6 months ago, it is just a little swollen i can walk ok but it hurts to jump on it and I can lift my toes upward move my foot from side to side and I can hear the ankle bone popping like crazy what gives? I had it x-rayed no breaks.

@kaymarieo69 Trust me I know what your talkin about I sprained my ankle a month ago, I heard two nasty pops and could not walk at all afterwards.....RICE (rest, ice, compression, elevation)really helped, the Ice for me was better than NSAIDS like Ibuprofen...but yeah the doctor told me I didn't break anything but I tore a ligament in my anterior ankle....a month later I am walking again but with tremendous pain at times but I am slowly gettin there, and so will you..

Use cold packs for 15 minutes 2-3/day. That should bring the inflammation and therefore the pain down.
