Actually in ballet (which was her main profession) having large breasts makes it much harder to dance, and hers werent small at all, so if anything she probably wished they were smaller lol (thats pretty sad)

Cyd Charisse was a treasure. Sad that we will probably never see another of her ilk. And she never felt that she had to have silicone implants in her breast region to be popular. Actually none of the beautiful women in these scenes had implants either.
