Hey Steve. I just wanted to say I appreciate the videos you make and how much of a difference from a point of view (haven't tasted the actually difference) it is to actually squeeze the lime instead of just using the concentrated lime juice.

@BartendingBootcamp thank you for replying! I love these videos. Im sure the amount you pour is something you know in your head without having to count, just one of the things that come with the trade but thanks for clearing that up.

I love Cosmopolitans! Great video!

Not much point in using real lime and then adding cordial, you're best off just fully using freshly squeezed real lime juice. Typically, 1-2 parts vodka, 1 part triple sec, 1 part lime juice and 1-2 parts cranberry. Shake, pour and float a flambe orange peel slice over the top.

This is a Cosmopolitan - a cocktail. Not a Cosmopolitan Martini. A Martini is a specific drink.
Thanks!! Glad you like them. I started these to help new bartenders and people at home make better cocktails and show them how easy it is!

Can i just ask because I am very confused, why is it sometimes you are counting to six when adding your spirit when the description says 1oz but in other videos your counting to 2 for 2oz? what is the actual count time when using 1 oz?

@koifishyfish a "quick count" is 4 per ounce. Sometimes I use a quick count other times I just go slow. Sorry for the confusion. Each bartender has their own count, mine just varies depending on how much tasting I have done! ha
