I was asked to do a burmese python care video by cutedude175 so this is just some tips and a care video on what has worked for me and my albino Burmese python. I could not cover everything necessary in the video so do some research and check out reptile forums for care sheets and tips. Check out other youtubers like snakeboi1994 and also look at albinoburmese.com for more advice and help. Please comment below and subscribe.

  • That python is stunning.

  • @erehgregrhegrhegr thank you

  • are these good pets how big will they get

  • @thechickboy1 yes...they are great pets if you can properly house and feed them. You also need to do thorough research on this species and reticulated pythons. They are definitely not a beginner species; I would start with a smaller snake like a ball python, a corn snake, or even a dwarf boa.

  • @hockenburyj2 i have a corn and i've handled a retic before if i can afford it and house one do you think i'd be ok

  • @c032970 i'd make sure you do thorough research....a burm/retic is a huge step from a corn...your call ultimately

  • @Eman812 you have to support as much of their body as possible so you should have another person with you or atleast in the next room. To hold one I like draping him over my shoulders and to play with him i like to take him outside and let him crawl around the room while I watch tv...always supervising them

  • When they get that big how do you hold/play with them?

  • @theanaconda666 haha same man...that sucks your conda is gone but I'm looking forward to watching the burm grow....I'll put up a newer one of her soon

  • @hockenburyj2 thanks, ive just made an appointement next week to get him probed by a vet, hopefully it turns out he's a male, i mean everyone thinks he is, even you lol but i wanna be 100% sure. and ill be watching all of your videos, believe me, so get some vids up of her!
